At this juncture, you understand that the left is framing society as a conflict between oppressors and the oppressed: the owners versus the workers, the bourgeoisie versus the proletariat.

There is a reason we constantly hear about social justice, inequity, and systemic racism, and why we read news articles every day pointing out just how unfair the world is. For instance, headlines about wealth gaps, racial disparities in housing, and gender pay inequities emphasize systemic injustices that convince people the world is fundamentally against them. This is a rallying cry to awaken class consciousness among the people as the precursor to their revolution.
